Fendlyy is a new studio. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

If you message us on Instagram, we see what you send us: your name or handle, your messages, and any links, reels or details you share. If we work together, we may also receive the video files and booking page details you send us.

How we use it

We use it to reply to you and to do the work you asked for. We do not sell your information.

Who else may see it

Messages on Instagram are handled by Instagram under its own privacy policy. If an automatic WhatsApp follow-up is part of a booking page we build for you, messages sent through it are handled by WhatsApp under its own policy. This website is hosted on Framer, which may collect basic technical data such as your IP address and device type.

How long we keep it

We keep it for as long as we need it to do the work and answer follow-up questions. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
